MANDATORY ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW
                                           FOR ALL STUDENTS

Georgetown County School District has implemented a new mandatory online registration process for the 2019-2020 school year.  ALL PLEASANT HILL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRE-REGISTER ONLINE FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR.  This includes current/returning students as well as new students.

If you did not attend our pre-registration on July 23-24, you must pre-register online prior to our Open House on Monday, August 19If you do not pre-register online before our Open House, you will be required to complete an online pre-registration before receiving a teacher/class assignment for the 2019-2020 school year.

Parents were sent a letter of instruction for each student containing the student's personal Snapcode which is needed to complete the registration process. These letters were included with the student awards and/or report cards.  If you do not have your letter, we have a copy at the school.

Parents may complete this process at home on your personal devices; however, parents who do not have online access with personal devices such as smart phones, tablets, or computers may come to the school to complete this process.  Parents may click on the following link to complete your child's registration.

ADDITIONAL NOTE FOR NEW STUDENTS

To register a NEW student, you must also bring the following items:
*  Your child's birth certificate
*  Your child's immunization
*  Your Proof of Residency
     1. A recent power bill with current home address (this item in not optional)
     2. Two additional documents with current
         address from the following list:
         *Driver's license
         *Water/Sewer bill
         *Telephone bill
         * Cable Bill
         * Financial source document
         * Deed, escrow, or mortgage
         *Current personal property tax bill
         *Auto insurance policy or auto registration
         *Lease agreement (notarized)
         *Health or dental correspondence

Principal's Message

Welcome to Pleasant Hill

I am very pleased to be the principal of Pleasant Hill Elementary School, serving the wonderful community that has been my life-long home. My intention is to build upon the tradition of academic excellence that has been established through the years. We have a terrific staff and outstanding community support, especially from parents who want the very best for their children. A mutual trust has been established between the school and community that we will continue to uphold.

As principal, my door is open to students, staff, parents, and community members. I will work diligently to ensure that our students are afforded every educational opportunity in a safe and caring environment. I will strive to make sure that our parents are welcomed into the school, well informed of happenings and events, and encouraged to take an active role in the function of our school.
